Trent made my first time home buying experience about as smooth and enjoyable as I think would be possible. My husband and I had lost faith in real estate agents until we met Trent.  He communicated with us constantly, and helped us relocate from Baltimore to San Antonio stress free!  Not only did Trent schedule times to view the homes we found on Zillow but he went out of his way to find other homes we wouldn't have looked at otherwise and really impressed us with some amazing homes.  Looking at homes with toddlers is incredibly difficult, but Trent made looking for our home a lot of fun.  He was very patient with our children and helped us concentrate on the homes we were looking at instead of worrying about the kids.  When it came time to negotiate he was able to see the concerns that my husband and I had and really worked with the selling agent to make things go smoothly.  Trent anticipated our concerns and handled every aspect about buying our home so well.  Trent Boarnet is a true professional and there is no other agent I would send my friends and family to.

As an out of town seller dealing with estate proceedings, Trent and his associates Kathy Baize and Mary Smith were outstanding. Trent was prepared and knowledgeable at our initial meeting, presented to me a realistic and appropriate listing price that went under contract for sale in the first week of being listed. The escrow period went well and I was kept informed at all times. Arranging for a remote closing at my office rather than make another trip to San Antonio was greatly appreciated.

We were first time home buyers and very nervous about such a huge investment. We started with another realtor who we were having a difficult time with responding to calls/emails and answering questions and providing the information we asked for. We switched to Trent halfway through the process and Trent impressed us from day 1 all the way to the end. He helped us find a home well within our budget that we love. He shared great advice and info about the process and showed he was very knowledgeable and confident when it came time to negotiate price. He was always accessible. I was the buyer of an investment residential property where Trent represented us as the buyer. He did a very effective job of presenting our position to the sellers and worked diligently on our behalf to that end. He also helped us in determining the proper rental rate for the property and went beyond the normal real estate agent requirements in assisting us to determine if this was a good investment choice. I would highly recommend Trent as a listing or buying agent in the San Antonio area.

Trent did an amazing job communicating with me throughout the process. He kept me up to date on what we were doing and where we were in the process. Any inquiries that I had were responded to with 48 hours.
Trent took the time necessary to explain the entire process to me and answer my questions. He was fantastic to work with and set realistic expectations as to what I should expect. He has a great way about him where he will tell you like it is versus what you may want to hear. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!
